Our Staff

      Ralph Eaton, President, has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University and a Master's degree from the University of Michigan.  He has been involved in the publishing industry since 1970.  Prior to 1970, Mr. Eaton worked as an artists' agent and was involved with state and county governmental agencies with extensive public contact.
 

      Richard Lawrence, Vice President, won a national literary award for his first novel, which was subsequently published.  He has had short stories published, and his plays have been successfully produced across the United States.  He has worked as a literary agent since 1970 and has assisted many other authors in preparing their books, short stories, and articles for market.  He has been successful in placing material for new and established authors.   He has also designed the covers for published novels.
 

      Lee Schlosser, Editorial and Information Services Director.  Mr. Schlosser received his bachelor's degree from Indiana Institute of Technology and did post-graduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Mr. Schlosser has been with Eaton Literary Agency since 1984.  Always on the vanguard of new technology, Mr. Schlosser helps provide what we feel are the most professional, quality manuscripts in the industry and the most up-to-date marketing techniques for reaching a wide variety of publishers.
